Managerial Guidelines for Trade Show Effectiveness

Article Abstract:

The effective use of trade shows in the industrial promotion mix is discussed. A clear definition of the product or market in trade shows is discussed. Preshow and postshow marketing campaigns can increase the effectiveness of the exhibit. After participating in a trade show its effectiveness must be evaluated. Before selecting a trade show to attend, audience data must be reviewed carefully.

Understanding corporate B2B web sites' effectiveness from North American and European perspective

Article Abstract:

The factors of information that influence corporate web sites' effectiveness in business-to-business (B2B) context and whether these factors differ by web site user's national origin are examined. The results indicate that informativeness of a corporate web site is important for both the North American and European visitors.
