A Filipino couple is running an unusual business of serving the Filipinos who work on the cruise ships that dock everyday on the Mexican resort island of Cozumel. They cook two hundred meals a day serving the favorite hometown dishes making 20,000 dollars a week and are planning to open a second branch in the island's main port.
