Microsoft, Google settle legal dispute

Article Abstract:

Microsoft Corp. of the United States and Google Inc. also of the United States have settled a dispute over the hiring by Google Inc. of a former Microsoft Corp. executive. The employment of Kai-Fu Lee broke a noncompete agreement Mr. Lee signed while employed at Microsoft Corp. Under the settlement Mr. Lee may not make key decisions at Google Inc., may not recruit workers from Microsoft Corp. however, he is allowed to set up Google Inc. operations in China.

Music group targets pirates outside U.S

Granada Group considers media or hotel acquisition
