Microsoft in the dock

Article Abstract:

Microsoft is involved in an antitrust trial which involves allegations that the company abused its market strength by exclusionary and predatory practices. The company can appeal if the verdict is unfavorable. The company's is likely to complain that consumers have not suffered. Microsoft is apparently willing to bully companies supposed to be its partners, which seem to have been perceived by Microsoft as distribution channels. The company's Windows monopoly could be affected if the decision is unfavorable.
