Mind games

Article Abstract:

There are problems associated with most traditional approaches to creative decision making, according to a survey of 120 leading UK CEOs and mainboard directors by Roffey Park Management Institute. The art of conjuring ideas

Article Abstract:

Companies which aim to remain successful and innovative must encourage staff to use their initiative and then feel confident about discussing their ideas in an informal setting. Individuals should get recognition for their ideas and staff with diverse or conflicting views should be allowed free expression without fear of reprisals. It is helpful if there is no management hierarchy to suppress the innovative thinkers.
