Article Abstract:

South East Asian nations and China reached an agreement about the behavior in the South Asia Sea to show the end of flash point & counterclaims, yet there agreed flaws and failure to agree a code of conduct among the claiments. Taiwan built a small structure on a reef in the strongly disputed Spratly Islands, and Vietnam announced that it would conduct a trial boat tour of the spratlys for local sightseens in April 2004.

Manila's bungle in the South China Sea

Article Abstract:

Disputes on the sovergeignty over the South China Sea continue as Vietnam questioned the joint seismic study agreement at the territory signed by the Philippines and China. Vietnam's protest has lead to its inclusion in the China-Philippine agreement, which was renamed as the "Tripartite Agreement for Joint Marine Seismic Undertaking in the Agreement Area in the South China Sea".
