New North Sea groupEs first talks: Regional Council getting under way

Article Abstract:

The first regional council to be established in Europe with EU assistance, the North Sea Regional Advisory Council shall be holidaying its inaugural general assembly on the 4th Nov. in the Scottish Parliament at Edinburgh. The body shall give the fisheries a chance to voice its opinion in the management of the Common Fisheries Policy and aims to enhance its moves towards sustainable exploitation of North Sea resources.
