New seiner uses plate footropes!

Article Abstract:

VT Fishing Supplies is now supplying plate footropes for trying them out on a Danish seiner. These footropes have so far been exclusively used on trawlers and this is the first time they are being tried on a seiner. The salient features of these plate footropes and the usage thereof is discussed.
