How low can you go?

Article Abstract:

Low-cost airlines in Europe make travelling cheaper. Between November 1997 and March 1998, 54% of corporations sent their passengers to domestic low-cost airlines, according to the National Business Travel Association. British Airways offers low-fare flights with its On Go subsidiary. Although seating is cramped and the in-flight service is minimal, the carrier still offers quality and safety. According to a recent air travel survey conducted by the International Air Transport Association, about 70% of over 1,000 business travelers surveyed would prefer the low-cost, no-frills carrier.
