Nielsen arrives with grace

Article Abstract:

Kim Herforth Nielson, the principal of Danish practice 3XN (3xNelson) was adamant that the building was open in time for Liverpool's Capital of Culture year in 2008, despite the rumors suggesting otherwise, although the galleries were not fitted out until the following year. Thus 3XN was neither small nor inexperienced and was set up in 1986 and worked on a range of impressive projects around Europe.
