Nokia bets one global message will ring true in many markets

Nokia Corp. is launching a global advertising campaign across Europe, Africa and Asia, and has a U.S. campaign in the works. The cellphone maker is gambling that the uniformity of its campaign, handled by agencies SEK & Grey in Europe and Bates Advertising in Singapore, will give Nokia headsets an advantage in diverse markets.
