Italy awards airport stake to consortium led by Gemina

A Gemina SpA-led consortium has purchased a majority share in Aeroporti di Roma SpA for 2.57 trillion lire (1.38 billion euros). The consortium will own a 51.2% share in the state-owned Aeroporti.

Corporate raider buys Olivetti stake for 2 euros per share

Olivetti's stock tumbles 18% as holders balk at capital plan

Article Abstract:

Olivetti S.p.A. saw its share value drop by 18% as the group's new ownership said it would attempt to raise up to 17 billion euros by way of a capital increase and the issuing of a bond. However, Olivetti's shareholder raised concerns about the plan.
