OttawaEs AOR stunner

Article Abstract:

The Canadian media buying agency sector shocked everybody by a total boycott of the federal governmentEs request for proposal (RFP) to hire a new media agency. Difference of opinion regarding the content of the RFP, between the public works department and the Institute of Communications and Advertising, along with some bruised egos, prompted the members in taking this drastic step. Reconsideration and renegotiation between the two bodies should soon be done and the account given to the best qualified person.
