People: Frank talking

Article Abstract:

Frank Gehry, who is currently involved in various U.K. architectural projects, is interviewed. His effort involving the Maggie's Centre project in Dundee is nearing completion, and architectural designs have been submitted for a seafront project in Brighton and Hove. Gehry noted that he could see himself being involved in more U.K. architectural projects if the opportunity arises.

Design excellence adds another chapter

Article Abstract:

American Institute of Architects' London chapter reveals winners of its Excellence in Design Awards. Winners included Edward Cullinan Architects, Eva Jiricna Architects, Eric Parry Architects and Ian Ritchie Architects. Eva Jiricna is a U.K.-based architect that carried out a project involving Hotel Josef in Prague, and the other 3 architects were involved in U.K. projects.
