Article Abstract:

Pepsi Cola Canada's new radio spots is a twist of its Pepsi taste challenge, where people are asked to choose their favorite cola in blind taste tests. The spots, created by BBDO Canada, feature a Pepsi spokesperson deliberately provoking traditional Coke icons. One of the ads shows an interviewer entering the cave of a hibernating polar bear, prodding the bear to accept the Pepsi challenge. A spokesman for Pepsi said the campaign aims to take the core message of the taste challenge and tie it with the brand imaging.
