Catch a wave

Article Abstract:

The construction of a wave-shaped wall was an inspirational choice in a playground setting, according to judges of the paving and hard-landscaped brick awards in 1999. The wall had to withstand abuse and knocks from children while providing an protective barrier between a nature area and children's playground.
