Prevent strep throat!

Article Abstract:

Strep in children should be taken seriously, with the bacterium Streptococcus known to produce toxins that can lead to rheumatic fever and scarlet fever. Symptoms of strep include white crud on the back of the throat, enlarged lymph nodes on the neck, pain when swallowing, an accompanying fever and associated headache or stomachache. Prevention techniques include consumption of lemon balm and Oregon graperoot.

Medical misdiagnosis is a preventable incident that usually happens due to human error. Getting a second opinion, telling all possible information, gathering data regarding the diagnosis, and asking questions regarding the possible cause of a symptom leads to correct diagnosis.

Prevent and cure swollen legs

A traditional approach to treat edema involves regular exercise and elevating one's legs. The nutritional approach entails limited salt intake, and the alternative approach requires alternating hot and cold baths. The approaches were recommended by three medical experts.
