Germany's DG Bank AG and Netherlands' Rabobank N.V., have revived plan to merge their securities trading and international banking operations. DG Bank AG, would acquire Rabobank's Rabo Securities, and sell its international banking business to Rabobank N.V.

Rabobank Calls Off Merger Plans With DG Bank

Article Abstract:

The planned merger between Germany's Deutsche Genossenschaftsbank and Netherlands' Rabobank NV has been called off. The banks, which were merging their corporate and investment banking operations, reported problems with integrating the businesses.
