Article Abstract:

Russia has launched an initiative to build a fleet of ships equipped with nuclear reactors that are intended to provide electric power to remote regions by mooring offshore. Foreign customers are interested, creating marketing opportunities for brokers such as Alexander Chilikov, who runs his intermediary business in Jakarta, Indonesia.

PriceWaterhouseCoopers of Russia has been raided by police in Russia looking for evidence in a tax evasion case. The criminal investigation is linked to the OAO Yukos back taxes case that indicted Chief Executive Officer Mikhail Khodorkovsky and other oil company executives for fraud.
