Sinar Mas Group announced that it is seeking additional funding in order to deal with financial problems that have hurt its operations in Indonesia. The company is seeking an additional $200 million (225.2 million euros) for its liquidity crisis.

Asia Pulp and Paper Co.'s (APP) debt restructuring plan could take two to three years before it is completed. The company is restructuring its debt, which is worth US$12 billion (13.5 billion euros).
