Singapore's failing bid for brainpower

Singapore aims to be a global hub of brainpower by promoting innovation in the field of arts and developmental research. In line with becoming a global schoolhouse, the country is working on partnerships with Western schools to outsource world-class education. Details of this government strategy of promoting education are discussed.
