Buyers pitch for Japan's ailing golf links

Foreign investment companies are buying golf courses in Japan, many of which have gone bankrupt after their land values dropped over 90% in the 1990s. The investments are often difficult because the investors must deal with the golf course members as well as banks, and restructuring methods are complicated.
