Taking the stock home

Article Abstract:

There are still considerable barriers to the creation of a pan-Nordic stock exchange, but it now seems very likely that this plan will go ahead. Whose side are you on?

Article Abstract:

The high failure rate of hostile takeover bids means the aggressive acquisition method should only be used as a last resort and after all other avenues have been explored.
