How Bonn stripped Deutsche Telekom of its monopoly

Article Abstract:

Deutsche was formerly a huge telecom monopoly that anticipated that its market dominance would continue well after the industry's deregulation in 1998. Germany's telecom industry was deregulated in response to pressure from the European Commission.
