Telkom, Vodafone in stake-sale talks

UK wireless services provider Vodafone Group PLC and South African telecommunications firm Telkom Societe Anonyme Ltd. are discussing the possible sale of Telkom's 50% stake in Vodacom Group Ltd. Vodafone has already increased its stake in Vodacom from 15% to 50% last year.
