Biodiesel fuel is becoming popular at the pumps because it is good for the environment, good for United States energy security, good for the American farmer and it is less expensive than traditional diesel fuel. Biodiesel fuel is produced from recycled vegetable and animal fats from restaurant and industrial fryers. The first biodiesel has been named "BioWillie" after country singer Willie Nelson and the Texas investment group he is a part of who have spearheaded this evolutionary new fuel.

The petroleum giant financially supports think tanks and other organizations that agree with it and the company does not invest in alternative energy solutions.
