Integrated just-in-time: a total business approach
Article Abstract:
Just-in-time (JIT) management can become the foundation for a new corporate culture based on the philosophy of change in all areas of a business. Overall JIT goals are quality and the team concept. JIT goals also apply in purchasing and supplier relations as reduced sourcing, improved delivery and stable schedules. JIT would fit management by removing performance measures of utilization, efficiency and incentive schemes. JIT also fits engineering, marketing and accounting.

Australian films of the 90s deal with more contemporary and social issues than those of the 70s and 80s, which were largely historical dramas. The new films have topics such as homosexuality and prejudice in Australia, are more open and are less formulaic. Various films are discussed.

New research shows that an electron particle beam can be refracted and internally reflected from a dilute plasma gas. The discovery could affect applications including particle accelerators and magnet-less storage rings.
