The mighty hunters

Article Abstract:

Foreign companies in China are having a difficult time finding senior managers to run their operations. They often place ads in newspapers or advertise on the Internet, but neither provides a guarantee they will find the right candidate. Consequently, multinational companies are increasingly relying on headhunters to find the right managers. Some consultancies and accountancy firms have also set up their headhunting businesses as part of their business solution services.
