The real problem in the Koreas

Article Abstract:

The recent nuclear test by Seoul, although small in size, is an evidence of the Korean mistrust of the super powers. Historically, the Koreans have always been betrayed whether by Chinese or Japanese in the 19th century or the Allies after the World War II. The recent troop reduction in the region by the US is being countered by increase in measures for self-defense by the South Koreans. Only diplomacy can resolve the nuclear problems between the North and South Korea.
