The revolution at Ford

Article Abstract:

The head of Ford Motor, Jac Nasser, aims to strengthen the weaker aspects of the company, and has more ambitious goals. He also aims to improve the company's price-earnings ratio, and turn Ford into a consumer services and products company, initially moving into car-related services. Ford has already carried out some acquisitions in order to achieve this goal, including Kwik-Fit, a European brake and exhaust chain. Consumer marketing techniques can be used for Ford cars, Nasser believes.
