Anti-Muslim attitudes in India are increasing. The terrorist bombings in Mumbai, India heightened tensions. The madrassa movement is a non-governmental organization that has been used for various beneficial and destructive uses, including funneling money to terrorists. Muslims are being portrayed in Indian movies in very unflattering roles.
