To Bosnia's rescue?

The US and Europe are beginning to feel pressured towards military intervention to bring peace to Bosnia-Herzegovina. A strategy that is aligned with Western principles would be to create a safe haven for refugees and enforce it through military force.

Western countries can act against Serb forces by either bombing Serb targets or allowing the Serbian government to acquire arms. UN forces in Macedonia curb the risk of the war spreading to the area, but Kosovo is still vulnerable.
