Italian market for health care

Article Abstract:

A report examining the market for hair care in Italy is presented and found that in 2003 the hair care sector recorded a value growth of 5.3% compared to 2002. It is stated that more than any other subsector, shampoo contributed to hair care's good performance by recording a strong 8.8% value increase compared to 2002.

The market for men's grooming products in Turkey is examined where seven main product sectors are highlighted. Sales for these products continue to suffer from economic crisis, traditional bar soaps substituted pre shave products as consumers reduced and men's deodorants achieved positive growth over the review period.
