Su Heung Capsule and Medison are considered by market analysts and investors as strong prospects for stock investment in South Korea. Su Heung, which manufactures capsule containers for medicines and vitamins, maintains debt holdings at 38% of equity in 1997, which is significantly higher than the average 300-400% for other companies. Medical equipment company Medison also boasts of strong results, with a 94% sales increase to 77.8 bil won for the first half of 1998 and a projected 57% net profit increase to 21.1 bil won for 1998 against 1997 figures.
