United Airlines' debt rating is lowered by Moody's

United Airlines won't acquire US Airways

United Airlines' parent to start paying stock dividends in 2000

UAL Corp. announced that its board of directors have given their approval to the paying off of stock dividends by the year 2000. Contingent upon approval from stockholders, the company will begin paying dividends on its common shares in 2000.
