Cross-section of a century

Article Abstract:

A new show at the Bristol Architecture Centre takes the city's twentieth-century buildings as its theme. The curators of the new show are writer Tony Aldous and photographer John Trelawny-Ross. Aldous is critical of the post war years, but finds merit in buildings such as DRG Architects' Miesian tower and Percy Thomas Partnership's complex for the MoD. The photographs do not show the interior of the buildings and there is no sense of the context of the buildings.
