Vodafone turns attention to its Verizon partnership: failed AT&T Wireless bid leaves investors pondering state of existing venture

Vodafone Group PLC has suffered a blow to management credibility in its failed attempt to win an alliance with AT&T Wireless Services, and must now rectify the resultant damage to its relationship with Verizon Communications Inc. Industry observers believe Vodafone's AT&T bid indicates there is something amiss with its Verizon partnership.
