"What marriage did to my body"

Article Abstract:

A steady increase in weight is seen in a woman after marriage, as there is a change in lifestyle that promotes weight gain, which has been discussed by Kristina Petralito and Monique Uyeda. After marriage women are hooked on happiness and eventually love produces an increase in level of a hormone which creates a feeling of optimism and elation, phenyl ethylamine (PEA), but when the initial passion reduces and stabilizes a woman shifts her focus to food especially chocolates is rich in PEA.

Plastic food containers may be making you sick

Article Abstract:

Researchers have found that presence of toxins in the plastic can lead to weight gain, fatigue, muscle pain and many such illness, when the food stored in them are consumed and also when re-heated. The utility of plastic has become so unavoidable that it is a must to follow some preventive measures when using them.

"Vegetable oils shut down my thyroid!"

Article Abstract:

A study and tests conducted on the causes for weight gain after the pregnancy showed that thyroid was the main cause. It was found that use of vegetable oils in cooking was one of the main causes for the thyroid imbalance thus use of other saturated oils like olive oil, butter were recommended.
