White Rose sets out to bloom anew

Article Abstract:

White Rose Home and Garden Centres will start selling home furnishings to raise the retail chain's market value to potential buyers. The Markham, Ontario-based company is testing the concept at a store in Mississauga and another one in London, Ontario. Both stores will have home decor sections divided into boutique departments, such as Home Accents and The Candle Shop. White Rose has partnered with Toronto ad agency Vaughn Whelan & Partners to promote its new service through radio spots.

He has worked with several companies all over the world such as Porter Airlines, Bombardier, Wallpaper, Adidas, BMW and Nokia. He ventured back into journalism and launched Monocle, a newspaper whose circulation is aimed towards business travelers.
