Will Carat stir the pot?

Article Abstract:

Carat Canada believes that its presence and the support of a company with global billings of over $9.8 billion will make an impact on media buying in the country. The company has over 4,000 clients across the globe and has current billings of C$120 million, which the company intends to double or triple in the next two years. Despite the company's size and status, Peter Swain, chairman and CEO of Media Buying Services Ltd, believes that Carat's presence in the country is not affecting the media buying business.
