Betting on casinos

Article Abstract:

Casinos are taking a broad approach to marketing. With the legalization of gambling across Canada and an aging population with time on their hands, the casino industry is a growing, revenue-generating business that raked in $3.75 billion in profits in 1998-99. Thus, marketing efforts are focusing on top-notch entertainment and value-added services, not just gambling, to keep customers coming back.
