Fair shares for all in Bolivian capitalisation

Article Abstract:

Bolivia's 'collective capitalisation fund,' for which the government has called for an international tender to choose two private pension fund administrators to act as managers, is expected to contain around $1.4 billion. However, this could rise considerably if a successful capitalisation of state oil and gas concern YPFB can be achieved. The pension fund administrators will be responsible for administering an annual 'old-age relief' payment to Bolivians aged 65 or over.
