London, England-based St. Ives PLC, which is a publicly traded company, will acquire Packard Press Inc. for undisclosed terms. Center City, Penn.-based Packard Press, which is a 60-year-old financial printing company with a printing plant in Marlton, will be merged with St. Ives' Burrups Ltd.

Lititz, Penn.-based Susquehanna Bancshares Inc., which is a financial services holding company, will acquire King of Prussia, Penn.-based Valley Forge Asset Management Corp. for undisclosed terms. Valley Forge, which has 21 employees and $843 million in assets, was founded in 1970.
