Same mission, new game

Article Abstract:

Baton Rouge mass media has evolved over the 1982-2007 time frame, with regards to the technology used and competition. The media industry used data in analog format during the 1980s, and local radio and TV stations had fewer competitions before cable TV and the internet had entered the industry. The shifts in Baton Rouge print media that resulted from technological innovations are also investigated.
