Bush's victory and larger Republican majorities in both houses of Congress will allow faster progress on crucial business issues such as rising health-care costs, continued tax relief, and tort reform. Bush's reelection removed uncertainty over how much a Democratic president would be able to achieve with a firmly Republican Congress.
