Albert Wey finds a way; earns award

CEO and chairman of Advanced Fiberoptics Corp., Albert Wey, has won the "Minority Manufacturer of the Year" award. The award, given by the Minority Business Development Agency, cited Wey for his contributions to overcoming language, social, and cultural obstacles. The company's sales should reach $1.4 million in 1985.
