Unhappy CellSource leaves town

Article Abstract:

CellSource Inc., a biotechnology firm which was given a $100,000 state grant in 1997 to create at least 40 new jobs, has closed its business. The company's lawsuit claims that its financial advisers fraudulently took thousands of dollars from the company, forcing it to cease operations. The lawsuit names RealSearch International and two of its officials, Sam S. Zacharias and Steeler Andy Russell, as defendants. The suit also names The Chart Group of New York. The lawsuit claims that the financial advisers misrepresented their qualifications and failed to raise money through private placements.
