Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana planned on ethics reform in his campaign while legislative candidates chimed in on it, but the reform is proving to be a challenge with concerns on the contact between legislators and lobbyists. Details with regard to toughening the rules on consultation between lobbyists and legislators are discussed.
