Earnings sink 69% at Unisys

Unisys Corp. (Blue Bell, PA) posted 3rd-quarter earnings of $42.9 million, down 69% from the same period in 1999. The company will offer incentives for voluntary early retirement to 1500 of its eligible US employees.
