HIV group opposes Rite Aid purchase

An HIV patient coalition group is requesting the US Department of Justice to conduct a probe into PCS Health Systems's acquisition by Rite Aid Corp. PCS Health is one of the largest prescription drug benefits managers in the US. The group claims that the merger can be opposed for antitrust reasons. The group added that the merger has a potential for conflicts of interests.
